FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Fourth Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of April 25, 2012, among INTELSAT JACKSON HOLDINGS S.A., a société anonyme existing under the laws of Luxembourg (the “Issuer”), INTELSAT SUBSIDIARY (GIBRALTAR) LIMITED and INTELSAT NEW DAWN (GIBRALTAR) LIMITED, each a company incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar (together, the “New Guarantors”) and each a subsidiary of the Issuer, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, as trustee under the indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
