THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of May 21, 2012 by and among SAUL HOLDINGS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of Maryland (together with its successors and assigns, the “Borrower”), each of the financial institutions initially a signatory hereto together with their successors and assigns under Section 13.6.
