(f/k/a Quadriga Superfund, L.P.), a Delaware limited partnership whose general partner is Superfund Capital Management, Inc. (collectively, the “Remaining Party”), Superfund USA, Inc. (the “Transferor”) and Superfund USA, LLC (the “Transferee”).
