THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED PLEDGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented and as in effect from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of June 7, 2012, by and between ALLIED WORLD ASSURANCE COMPANY, LTD, an exempted company incorporated in Bermuda (the “Pledgor”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent (together with any successor Administrative Agent, the “Administrative Agent”).
