This MARKETING AGENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of June , 2012 by and among ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Marketing Agent”), the United States Commodity Funds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), and the United States Commodity Funds Trust I, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on its own behalf and on behalf of the series established and designated by the Trust and listed on Annex A, including the United States Asian Commodities Basket Fund (the “Fund”).
