This Shared Warehouse Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kraft Canada Inc., a Canadian corporation (“Tenant”), and Mondelēz Canada Inc., a Canadian corporation (“User”) and is dated as of the Distribution Date, as defined in that certain Separation Agreement entered into between Tenant and User’s parent company as of the Distribution Date (the “Separation Agreement”).
