THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made to be effective as of the 28th of June 2012 (the “Commencement Date”), by and between Frontier Oilfield Services, Inc., a publicly traded Texas corporation (“FOSI”) (including all affiliates and subsidiaries hereinafter called the “Company”) Frontier Income and Growth LLC., (including all affiliates and subsidiaries), and Charles David York (hereinafter called the “Executive”).

This agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 28, 2012 is by and between Frontier Oilfield Services Inc. (“Frontier”) and Dimirak Securities Corporation. (“Dimirak”), each of whom are sometimes referred to individually as “party” and collectively as the “parties”.
