THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of July 30, 2012, by and among SWISHER HYGIENE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), the Subsidiary Guarantors party hereto, the Required Lenders under and as defined in the hereinafter defined Credit Agreement, and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent under the hereinafter defined Credit Agreement (the “Administrative Agent”).
