This CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of June 6, 2012, by and among COMCAST CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania corporation (“Borrower”), COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as a Co-Borrower, each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent, CITIBANK, N.A., as syndication agent (in such capacity, “Syndication Agent”), and MORGAN STANLEY MUFG LOAN PARTNERS, LLC and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as co-documentation agents (in such capacity, “Co-Documentation Agents”).
