THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 3rd day of February 2012, by and between iShares U.S. ETF Trust (the “Company”), a Delaware business trust, on behalf of its series listed on Schedule A hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and BLACKROCK INVESTMENTS, LLC. (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability corporation.
