THIS EMPLOYMENT AND CHANGE OF CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered as of the 1st day of January, 2013 by and among NewBridge Bancorp, a North Carolina corporation (the “Bancorp”), “NewBridge Bank” (the “Bank”) (Bancorp and the Bank are collectively referred to as the “Employer”), and Pressley A. Ridgill (“Executive”).
