This MARKETING AGENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of September , 2012 by and among ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Marketing Agent”), the United States Commodity Funds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), and the United States Currency Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on its own behalf and on behalf of the series established and designated by the Trust and listed on Annex A, including the US Golden Currency Fund (the “Fund”).

(“BBH&Co.” or the “Custodian”), a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of New York.
