THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) of Peabody Trout Creek Reservoir LLC (the “LLC”), dated as of August 8, 2012, is made by American Land Holdings of Colorado, LLC, a Delaware corporation (the “Member”), as the sole member.
