THIS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 21, 2012, among AMKOR TECHNOLOGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and DEUTSCHE BANK SECURITIES INC. and UBS SECURITIES LLC, as the initial purchasers (each, an “Initial Purchaser” and together, the “Initial Purchasers”) named in the Purchase Agreement (as defined below).
