If you (1) sign and comply with the terms of this separation agreement (the “Agreement”), (2) return a signed Waiver and Release of Claims attached to the Agreement as Exhibit A (the “Release”) to Yahoo! within the time period specified in the Release, and (3) do not revoke the Release during the applicable revocation period (collectively these are the “Agreement Eligibility Requirements”), then you will receive all payments and benefits described in paragraph 3 below.
