This SEPARATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of October 29, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between C&J ENERGY SERVICES, INC, a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, the “Company”), and BRETTON W.
