THIS SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT AGREEMENT is adopted as of the 7th day of November, 2012 by and between AMERIS BANK, a bank duly organized under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “Bank”), and JON S. EDWARDS, an individual resident of the State of Georgia (the “Employee”). Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings assigned to them in Article II hereof.
