This Joinder Agreement, dated as of November 7, 2012 (this “Joinder Agreement” or this “Agreement”), by and among BARCLAYS BANK PLC (the “New Lender”), THE HILLMAN COMPANIES, INC., THE HILLMAN GROUP, INC. (“HGI”), BARCLAYS BANK PLC (the “Administrative Agent”) and, solely for purposes of Sections 18(a) and 18(b) hereof, each other Credit Party party hereto.
