This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 12th day of November, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) between Jeff Carcara (“Executive”), an individual, and Center Cut Hospitality, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given to them in Section 5 below.
