This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective December 14, 2012 by and between STATER BROS. MARKETS, a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Employer” and DAVID J. This WAIVER AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of December 10, 2012 (this “Amendment”), is entered into by and among STATER BROS. MARKETS, a California corporation (“Borrower”), STATER BROS.
