This Agreement, made and entered into as of this 1st day of March 2012, by and between SECURITY LARGE CAP VALUE FUND, a Kansas corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), and SECURITY INVESTORS, LLC, a limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the “Adviser”).
