THIS 364-DAY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of January 31, 2013, is among Visa Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Visa Inc.”), Visa International Service Association, a Delaware corporation (“Visa International”), and Visa U.S.A.
