THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Parker Drilling Company, a Delaware corporation (“Parker Drilling” or “the Company”), and W. Kirk Brassfield (“Executive”) this 8th day of February, 2013 (“Effective Date”). Parker Drilling and Executive are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
