THIS SERIES A COMMON UNIT REDEMPTION AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of February 10, 2013, by and among Boise Cascade Holdings, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), OfficeMax Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (“OMX”), and, with respect to Sections 4, 5 and 7 only, Forest Products Holdings, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“FPH”).
