This STOCK PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 25, 2013 by and between MicroStrategy Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”) and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., a California corporation (“Buyer”).
