THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER REPURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of March 1, 2013 by and between DHI Mortgage Company, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership (the “Seller”), the Buyers (as defined in Section 1.2) party hereto and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as a Buyer (in such capacity “U.S. Bank”), as lead arranger and sole book runner, as administrative agent for itself as a Buyer and the other Buyers (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
