This FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of March 8, 2013 (the “Execution Date”), is entered into by and among CONSTELLATION ENERGY PARTNERS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), and the Lenders signatory hereto (the “Lenders”), and THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND plc, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”) and as Collateral Agent (the “Collateral Agent”).
