This SEVENTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP of Shea Homes Limited Partnership, a California Limited Partnership dated as of March, 11, 2013 (the “Seventh Amended Agreement”), among J.F. Shea, G.P., a Delaware general partnership, as general partner (the “General Partner”), and the Persons whose names are ascribed hereto, as Limited Partners.
