This is an AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 1, 2012, between Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”), and UBS Real Estate Securities Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer”).
