This SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of March 19, 2013, and entered into among Revel AC, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors, the Lenders party hereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
