THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made to be effective as of February 01, 2013 (the “Commencement Date”), by and between Frontier Oilfield Services, Inc., a publicly traded Texas corporation (“FOSI”) (including all affiliates and subsidiaries hereinafter called the “Company”), and Stephen P. Carson (hereinafter called the “Executive”).
