FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, Graymark Healthcare, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation (the “Borrower”), promises to pay to the order of Roy T. Oliver (the payee, its successors and assigns are hereinafter called the “Lender”), at 101 N.
