This Contribution Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March 29, 2013, by and between W. K. Chernicky, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Grantor”), and New Source Energy Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party”.
