THIS TRADEMARK RIGHTS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 1, 2013, by and among DOLE FOOD COMPANY, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business at One Dole Drive, Westlake Village, California 91362 U.S.A. (“DOLE”), and DOLE PACKAGED FOODS, LLC, a California limited liability company (“DPF”), with its principal place of business at One Dole Drive, Westlake Village, California 91362 U.S.A and DOLE ASIA HOLDINGS PTE.
