This Amendment, effective as of February 25, 2013, between Advanced Series Trust (the Trust), a Massachusetts business trust, Prudential Investments LLC (PI), a New York limited liability company, AST Investment Services, Inc. (ASTIS) , a Connecticut corporation, Prudential Annuities Distributors, Inc.
