This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of April 23, 2013 by and between Wasatch Advisors, Inc. (the “Advisor”) and Wasatch Funds Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Wasatch World Innovators Fund (the “Fund”).
