This Amendment is to the Fund Participation Agreement dated November 21, 1995, as amended, (“Agreement”) between ANNUITY INVESTORS LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio (“Insurance Company”), on behalf of itself and on behalf of the separate accounts set forth on Exhibit A of the Agreement, and THE DREYFUS SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE GROWTH FUND, INC. (the “Fund”.) All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Agreement.

THIS ASSIGNMENT AND AMENDMENT (“Assignment”) is made this 1st day of April, 2012 by and among PIMCO Variable Insurance Trust (the “Trust”), PIMCO Investments LLC (“PI”) and Annuity Investors Life Insurance Company (“Authorized Firm”).
