This Lease Agreement is made and entered into this 3rd day of January, 2013, by and between National IT Industry Promotion Agency, with its address at 113, Jungdae-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”), and Gravity Co., Ltd., with its address at Nuritkum Square Business Tower 15F, 396 World Cup buk-ro (Sangam-Dong), Mapo-Gu, Seoul, Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”) with respect to the leasing of the premises in Nuritkum Square Building (hereinafter referred to as “premises”). Lease Agreement (Special Conditions) shall take precedence over Lease Agreement (General Conditions).
