This MASTER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the 15th day of April, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Modern Woodmen of America (“Customer”), with a place of business at 1701 First Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201 and se2, inc. (“Vendor”), with a place of business at 5801 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66636-0001. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in the Glossary attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
