This Equipment Supply Contract (hereinafter called “Contract”) is made and entered on September 28th, 2012 by and between Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A., a company duly organized under the laws of Peru, having its principal place of business at Calle La Colonia N° 150, Urb.
