THIS AGREEMENT made as of the 28th day of August 2012, by and between PREMIER MULTI-SERIES VIT, a business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having its principal office and place of business at 1633 Broadway, New York, New York 10019 (the “Fund”) and BOSTON FINANCIAL DATA SERVICES, INC., a Massachusetts corporation having its principal office and place of business at 2000 Crown Colony Drive, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169 (the “Transfer Agent”).
