THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2013, is made and entered into by and between the Praxis Mutual Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (the “Funds”), and Everence Capital Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”).
