THIS CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 6, 2013, by and between KEWAUNEE SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings specified in Annex I attached hereto.
