This Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement (Commercial Property) is entered into this 31st day of January, 2013, by and between CLP Partners, LP. (“Owner”) and CNL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, INC., a Florida corporation, its successors and/or assigns (“Broker”).
