EIGHTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of June 10, 2013 (this “Eighth Supplemental Indenture”), between BUCKEYE PARTNERS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), having its principal office at 1 Greenway Plaza, Suite 600, Houston, Texas 77056, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (as successor-in-interest to SUNTRUST BANK), as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (in such capacity, the “Trustee”).
