THIS AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of June 14, 2013, by and between ZUMIEZ, INC., a Washington corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
