The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of iGo, Inc. (the “Company”) has adopted an Amended and Restated Stockholder Rights Agreement (the “Amended and Restated Rights Agreement”), which amends and restates the Rights Agreement between the Company and Computershare Trust Company dated as of June 11, 2003, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Rights Agreement dated as of August 4, 2006 and Amendment No. 2 to Rights Agreement dated as of October 11, 2006.
