This SENIOR SECURED TERM LOAN FACILITY AGREEMENT, dated as of June 27, 2013, is entered into by and among HOME LOAN SERVICING SOLUTIONS, LTD., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Borrower”), CERTAIN SUBSIDIARIES OF THE BORROWER, as Guarantors, THE LENDERS PARTY HERETO FROM TIME TO TIME and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
