When reference is made in this Underwriting Agreement to the Selling Shareholder ADSs, the Firm Securities (as defined herein), the Additional Securities (as defined herein) and the Offered Securities (as defined herein), these terms shall be understood to include the Selling Shareholder ADSs to be sold pursuant to the Selling Shareholder Agreement.
