This Office Lease (this “Lease”), dated as of the date set forth in Section 1.1, is made by and between CA-THE CONCOURSE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Landlord”), and INVENSENSE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
